The Farm Bill only accounted for Delta-9 THC in their definition of hemp, which is why THCA hemp products (like everything we offer on TryDeathRow.com) were considered federally legal. Now, the federal rules are changing to count Total THC (including THCA), and that new definition of hemp kicks in on November 12, 2026.
Translation: most of these products may not qualify as "hemp" after mid-November.
